Fulbright Project Experience in Nepal: Promoting Effective Teaching Practices and Active Learning for Student Success and Faculty Development

This presentation outlines my project experience as a Fulbright Teaching/Research Scholar in the Institute of Engineering- Tribhuvan University, Nepal. My and institutional collaboration Nepal were mainly related to sharing tools techniques on effective teaching practices, active learning, with focus training practices exploring their impacts learning process University educators hosted interactive presentations workshops these topics. In addition workshops, great mentoring faculty, co-advising research projects/thesis works attending education forums also gained. Faculty survey outcomes reveal importance for faculty development student success. Project including its challenges, opportunities will be discussed this presentation.
